Nicole brings experience and strong communication and organizational skills to her Human Resources facilitation with organizations enabling organizations to get their programs completed and implemented on time in a cost effective manner.
She also is a source of inspiration, insight and empowerment to individuals and organizations through personal leadership and business coaching in addition to delivering workshops and keynote presentations for organizations and associations.
Nicole’s experience captures 30 years of human resources facilitation, project management, training and professional coaching in a variety of industries including positions held as V.P. Training and Development and Strategic Project Manager at Household Financial Corporation and Director of Organizational Development North America at Russel Metals Inc.. The past 19 years have been the most exciting where, as an entrepreneur, Nicole has dedicated herself to assisting organizations in human resources planning, development and compliance and empowering individuals and teams to perform at their highest potential. Her accomplishments in human resources planning and development, leadership and coaching are the product of her understanding of, and experience in human resources processes, learning and behaviour principles, dealing effectively with people at all levels within an organization, her strong communication skills and positive interpersonal relationships.
Nicole earned a bachelor's degree in Professional Studies from the State University of New York. She is a Certified Coach Practitioner with the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF) and expanded her professional development through the Adult Education Program from St. Francis Xavier University and several human resources and learning programs. In addition to her understanding of business organizations and grasp of human behaviour principles, Nicole has a gained an appreciation for how the mind, energy and situational dynamics function together.
